Here, we present two quick treatments designed to ease the common cold and headache. Cold, At the first sign of a cold, this simple twenty-minute sequence should help alleviate a streaming nose, eyes and headache. 1. For your throat: Pressing your throat point - which lies at the bottom of your thumb - five or six times should help relieve your sore throat. 2. For your sinuses: To help clear your sinuses, press firmly at the base of your little finger before slowly inching forward towards the top of your finger. 3. For your spine: To work the spine, press your working thumb firmly into the base of your right thumb and slowly move forward using a 'creeping' action towards the top of your thumb. 4. For your stomach: The spleen point lies halfway down the inside of your left hand (the opposite side to your thumb) and your wrist. 'Creep' across the horizontal line that starts from this point and ends just above your thumb. 5. For your head: To stimulate energy to the brain, apply firm pressure to the top of your thumb with the thumb of your other hand. 6. For your eyes and ears: Rotate your thumb on your eye point - found under the first bend of your index finger. Repeat this action on your ear point - found just below the first bend of your middle finger. 7.
