For your throat: Pressing your throat point - which lies at the bottom of your thumb - five or six times should help relieve your sore throat. 2. For your sinuses: To help clear your sinuses, press firmly at the base of your little finger before slowly inching forward towards the top of your finger. 3. For your spine: To work the spine, press your working thumb firmly into the base of your right thumb and slowly move forward using a 'creeping' action towards the top of your thumb. 4. For your stomach: The spleen point lies halfway down the inside of your left hand (the opposite side to your thumb) and your wrist. 'Creep' across the horizontal line that starts from this point and ends just above your thumb.
